Once you have received your ETSIS order, please inspect it carefully. If you are not 100% satisfied with your ETSIS product, we have sent you the incorrect item, size or color, or the item you received is damaged, we will issue a full refund in the original form of payment for returns made within 10 days of receiving the item. ETSIS Shipping Policy:
Hats are bulky and expensive to ship by air. We suggest ground delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable and apply separately for each shipping address.
For Standard Services Orders: On any business day that we receive a Standard Service order by 3:30pm Pacific Time, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship such Standard Service order the following business day. Standard Service orders received after 3:30pm Pacific Time will be deemed received the next business day and we will ship these orders on the business day after the business day which they are deemed to be received.
For Priority Services Orders: We will use reasonable efforts to ship priority services orders by 12:00 noon Pacific Time on any business day on the same day. Priority Services orders received after 12:00 noon Pacific Time will be shipped on the following business day.
