Once you have received your ETSIS order, please inspect it carefully. In the event of a problem, please call our customer service desk at 1-888-786-4428 (9am-4pm HST) and you will be promptly assisted.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your ETSIS product we will issue a full refund in the original form of payment for returns made within 10 days of receiving the item (customer must pay return shipping). Please call toll free at 1-888-786-4428 (9am-4pm HST) for a customer service representative to assist you with your return.
If we have sent you the incorrect item, or incorrect size or color, or the item you received is damaged, please call us at 1-888-786-4428 (9am-4pm HST) and we will send you a return label for the item/items in question.
